BMW India has recently launched 3 Series Gran Limousine. Since then it has been the talk of the town and it has all the reasons to be. It has the luxury, the richness, and the comfort; all put together in a sports sedan.

Exterior:

The exterior design stays true to the BMW 3 Series template with a Kidney grille, laser headlamps, L-shaped tail light, and alloy cut. The difference is in the wheelbase. As it has a longer wheelbase, the side profile is elongated which gives it the premium sedan look.

Interior:

That is where the most talked about feature comes in picture, the long wheelbase which makes the interior space bigger. Suspension is softer, so the car rolls a bit more. 43mm extra legroom, headrests are softer and have better cushioning for the passenger in the rear.

Before you conclude it to be the ‘Driver’s car’ just give this article a few more minutes. Direction changes are deft as a rabbit.  It has Launch Control and four driving modes — ECO PRO, Comfort, Sport, and Sport+.

The features are just endless it has a 10.25-inch touch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, gesture control, Harman Kardon surround sound system, 12.3-inch Instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof, tri-zone air conditioning, ambient lighting, powered seats, and wireless charging.

Variant:

BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine comes in three variants: 330Li Luxury Line, 320Ld Luxury Line, and the 330Li M Sport ‘First Edition’.

The M Sport variant uses a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that generates 258PS. It comes with a sports kit with an M steering wheel, a heads-up display, and gesture control.

3 Series Gran Limousine comes in four colors. Carbon Black Metallic, Cashmere Silver, Melbourne Red Metallic, and Mineral White.

Safety:

Safety is given the utmost importance. Hence all the necessary safety equipment is standard across the range.

The 3 Gran Limousine comes with six airbags, ABS, Dynamic Stability Control, Dynamic Traction Control, and Cornering Brake Control for a robust safety net, Blind Sport Warning, Auto Emergency Brake, and self-parking.

Pricing:

The ex-showroom price of BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine starts at an introductory price of Rs. 55.30 Lakhs and goes upto Rs. 57.70 Lakhs for the petrol variant and the prices of 3 Series Gran Limousine diesel variants start at Rs. 56.50 Lakhs ex-showroom.
